When you place an order we collect the details you give us — name, phone number, delivery address and, if you choose to provide it, email — solely to fulfil and support that order. We never sell this information, and it is never used for anything beyond processing, delivering and following up on your purchase.
We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic. Separately, TezKhareed sets one cookie of our own — a random, anonymous visitor ID with no personal information in it — to measure page views, product interest, and how many visitors go on to complete a purchase. This ID is not linked to your name, address or any other personal detail unless you are separately logged into our admin panel (staff only), it is never shared with any third party, and it doesn't track anything beyond this site. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's cookies.
We do not collect or store IP addresses as part of this analytics system.
We may show ads served by third-party vendors, including Google. These vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
We do not process or store card details. Payment is by bank transfer or JazzCash — you stay in your own banking app throughout, and we only ever see the transaction ID and receipt screenshot you choose to upload with your order.
