Shipping & Returns

Pay by JazzCash or bank transfer (UBL) in advance, or Cash on Delivery — available on every order, no advance needed. At checkout you pick a method — for a prepaid method we show the account, you transfer the total, then enter the transaction ID and upload the receipt, and we verify the payment before the order ships. A Cash on Delivery order (where available) skips straight to dispatch.

Only if you choose a prepaid method — that lets us hold genuine stock, keep prices low and cut fake orders. If Cash on Delivery is available for your order, you pay nothing until it arrives. Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp, and faulty or wrong items are covered by the 7-day checking warranty and return policy below.

Delivery is a flat Rs 250 (free over Rs 3,000) nationwide, and takes 1–2 working days.

Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with your order number. Unopened items get a full refund; opened-but-faulty items are replaced under warranty. Return courier cost is on us for faulty items.

For any damage, wrong-item or missing-item claim — yes. It must be one continuous video with no cuts or pauses, starting from the sealed parcel and ending with the opened product. It protects both sides against tampering disputes, and without it we cannot process a replacement or refund for those claims. Not sure how to film one? Ask us on WhatsApp and we will send an example.

Send a photo or short video of the fault on WhatsApp. We arrange a courier pickup and dispatch the replacement once the unit reaches us — usually 3–5 days end to end. Nothing is ever shipped abroad.

Made-to-order items — cut to fit the exact phone brand and model you select at checkout, such as the Elsa sheet back skins — ship 1–2 days after the order and can't be returned or exchanged if the wrong model was selected. They're still covered if the item itself arrives damaged or faulty. Double-check your model before ordering, or ask us on WhatsApp first if you're not sure.
